Not all firearms are easy to clean. If you have never cleaned a gun before or are new to guns, and you are having trouble disassembling or reassembling your firearm when you clean it then this class is for you.
Do you know the correct solvents, lube and brushes to be sure you don’t cause potential damage to your firearm?
Do you know what parts to check for wear and replacement?
If you are second guessing any of these questions the please join us and learn how to keep your firearm in top shape by using proper break down, safety checks, and cleaning techniques. A cleaning kit will be available to use with this class.
We offer a 1 ½ - 2 hour basic class that is designed for the novice firearms enthusiast who has already purchased their own firearm. It consists of classroom time with “dry handling”. Students will learn basic firearm safety, handling, storage, and cleaning of one specific firearm.
Lessons:
· Firearms basic safety, parts, and operation
· Four fundamental safe gun-handling rules
· Outline safety guidelines when cleaning a firearm
· Demonstrate proper dis-assembly and cleaning of a firearm
· Explain how to store firearms and ammunition properly
This course will teach the student all that they need to know to maintain their firearm for optimal performance when you need it most.
